MASS PRODUCTION ABILITY

Our automated production line, which is inspired by automotive assembly line design principles, integrates the whole satellite production process and is specially prepared for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. It effectively addresses issues in traditional satellite manufacturing, ‌thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency‌.

Currently, a single production line has an annual capacity of ‌producing over 100 satellites‌. Compared to traditional methods, the production cycle per satellite has been reduced by ‌more than 80%‌, and production efficiency has increased by ‌over 10 times‌.

FACILITIES
XIONG'AN INTELLIGENT SATELLITE MANUFACTURING BASE

The base is dedicated to  high-volume satellite manufacturing, addressing critical quality consistency challenges from prototype to mass production. Upon full operationalization, the facility is capable of producing and testing more than 100 satellite platforms and subsequent systems annually. The first Xiong'an made satellite, the "Xiong'an No.1", has been debuted from this site.

SHANGHAI TESTING AND DEVELOPMENT BASE

The base serves as the core technical hub for satellite platform and core subsystem validation, prototype development, and test verification, providing solid technical foundation for product finalization and mass production.
